Hill workout hill

Steve has Mounds Hill, I have Viola Rd.
He did 20 laps for 50 miles, I did 4 laps for 5.6 miles.
It's a start...

.69 mile, ~5% grade.
Seemed like a good combination, a good start... but I guess I need to find a serious hill.

My hill's 40% grade for 1/4 mile, flattish for 3/4 mile, then 50% for 1/4. After reading blogs from the Rockies, I'm looking for a serious hill, too.

sounds like the 100 is easy but the hill are much more difficult. Btw, I grew up north of Mapleton, ND where the farm is still. I know of linton.

Seeing a specialist about my knee on the 19th. 10 weeks little change.
